Halloween 2010

We will be hosting an old fashion Halloween Street Party.

Sunday, October 31st. 2010, 6:30-8:30

Volunteers Needed

The festival will start at 2711 Canterbury St. and continue through 2701 Canterbury St.

The festival will include the following:

Costume contest
Games
food
Trick Or Treat Parade
The kids will parade up and down the street while residents stand on the edge to fill their bags with treats. Kind of like Mardi Gras only cleaner and without beads.
Don't forget to bring your candy!


Canterbury St. will be closed for the length of our festival. Should you live in the area of the closure or need to drive through please remember to do so before 6:00pm. or after 9:00pm. The city will be barricading the street and through traffic will not be allowed.

Please volunteer your driveway and/or your time.

Halloween On Canterbury St. was a huge success!

We had more than 200 people come and participate in our FIRST Halloween street festival.

Next Halloween we will be back!

Please keep checking this site as we will use it for all Canterbury Street events.

Old Fashion Halloween

We will be hosting an old fashion Halloween Street Party.

The festival will start at 2711 Canterbury St. and continue to 2701 Canterbury St.

The festival will include the following:

Children 0-12

Adult 13-110

Pets

Winners in each group will receive a prize.

We ask that all who live on Canterbury and surrounding streets post their Canterbury Pumpkin in their windows or on their door so that all will know you are on the street with your candy.

We are still looking for a local band.
